Our ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are dissatisfied with an item you've purchased from, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

A payment receipt will be sent to you with each order. Please keep the payment receipt for ease of refunds and exchanges.  The order confirmation form that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt.

We gladly provide full refunds of the purchase price when merchandise is returned in original condition with the original payment receipt.  Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received.  In order for you to receive full credit, the product must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. will not accept returns on any previously installed parts.

We will use the credit card information on the original payment receipt to promptly issue full credit to the purchasing credit card.  We do not refund original shipping charges.  We will mail you a credit card receipt as confirmation that the credit was made to your credit card.

If the original receipt is not presented, we will issue you an credit memo when the merchandise is returned in original condition.  This credit memo has no expiration date and may be redeemed with any phone order.

To make a return by mail, please send your refund request with the merchandise and your original payment receipt to the address below.  We suggest shipping UPS Ground.
